Simsinos Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to Simsinos. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Simsinos ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the website at simsinos.im and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, jackpot slots, the Aviator game and all other gaming products offered by Simsinos.

By registering an account on Simsinos, depositing funds or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Simsinos platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on Simsinos, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Simsinos operates a strict 18+ policy and may request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of a third party and accounts used for commercial purposes are not permitted.
• You must not be excluded from online gaming services, whether through a self-exclusion request made directly to Simsinos or through any applicable self-exclusion programme.

One Account Per Person: Each player is entitled to hold exactly one Simsinos account. 3 Deposits and Payments

Simsinos processes all deposits and account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied at any stage of the deposit process. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) from any Pakistani bank account
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Simsinos does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility and are outside Simsinos' control.

All funds deposited into your Simsinos account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. Simsinos reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds at any time. This is a standard requirement under anti-money laundering obligations and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4 Withdrawals

Players may withdraw funds from their Simsinos account at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the same name as the Simsinos account. You cannot withdraw to a payment method that was not used for deposit unless you have completed identity verification and the new payment method has been approved by the Simsinos payments team.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of the request being submitted. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive expedited processing, typically within the same business day.
• Simsinos does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any fees charged by your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

Bonus Balance and Wagering Requirements: Where a player has accepted a bonus, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

• All bonus offers are intended for entertainment purposes and are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Simsinos platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where specifically stated in the rules of a particular game or market.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Simsinos operates on the principle of fair play for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences across markets in a way that constitutes risk-free profit rather than genuine sports prediction. This includes matched betting schemes using Simsinos bonus funds.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Simsinos platform without human decision-making at each bet stage.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through duplicate accounts, false identity registrations, coordinated multi-account activity or any other method designed to claim promotional value outside the intended terms.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback after funds have been credited and used for betting purposes. Any chargeback from a player will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the full disputed amount.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

Continued use of the Simsinos platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the new Terms take effect.
